Role Overview:

As the Senior Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in introducing these groundbreaking products worldwide.

Your mission? To ignite excitement, drive adoption and garner referrals of our innovations: ā€œBrighterVPNā€, and the ā€œSolar Cardā€.Ā 

This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, privacy, and the transformative potential of blockchain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Implement and manage sales forecast activities, set performance goals and monitor performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to craft and introduce the most attractive and effective sales programmes and tactics, including implementing referral programs to enhance lead generation and sales.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales agents, setting clear goals and targets to drive team performance.
  • Partner with B2B clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Report on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.

What We Are Looking For:

  • A proven track record of success in sales, particularly within the tech industry (cryptocurrency experience will be an added asset).
  • Don't hesitate to apply if you have experience working for industry leaders (Revolut, Stripe. Crypto.com, or others)
  • An understanding of the crypto landscape and a passion for pushing the boundariesĀ 
  • of what's possible.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives.
  • A talent for building relationships and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • The ability to travel worldwide with no restrictions is essential for this role.
  • Demonstrable experience in business planning and in-depth knowledge of market demand.
